On March 20, Zynga announced the closing of one of its most popular games, Ayakashi Ghost Guild. The company took to telling this news on its official Facebook game page. The game will no longer be available to be played after April 30, 2015.
As a compensation for the game closing, Zynga has given a special Thank You gift for all its players in CastleVille Legends or Farmville 2: Country Escape. In order to receive the gift, you must have an existing account in both Ayakashi and the game you wish to receive the gift in. You will only be able to redeem the gift until April 30, 2015.

If you would like to find a new and similar game to play, many of AGG’s players have moved on to these games. These are including but not limited to:
- Devil Maker Tokyo
- Age of Ishtaria
- Soccer Spirits
- Valkyrie Crusade
- Brave Frontier
Personally, I’ve tried both AOI and VC but to me, the quality of the game is not even close to what AGG is. The art for both games are done well, but AGG is better in my opinion. It’s sad to let the game go, but I promised myself to give AOI a try.
