Teacher game! I was thinking it was strange for some time that there wasn’t any news about a new game coming soon, but I had completely forgotten about Voltage Inc.’s new “suspense x romance” game, which I think is a romance version of their 生存率0%! 地下鉄からの脱出 suspense game. 生存率0%！地下鉄からの脱出 Kiss or Die looks to be aimed at both men and women and follows the same outline as Voltage Inc.’s usual romance games. A bit late to say it, but ah well.

The obtainable cast include:
- Kagari Shinichi (29), the strict x cool math teacher
- Taishi Kiyonori (28), the moody Japanese history teacher
- Mononobe Rikiya (29), the oresama physics teacher
(doesn’t that sound familiar /bricked) - Sera Hidetaka (27), the English teacher
- Yasukawa Kenzo (30), the public-health doctor specializing in loss of strength (?)
If past releases are any indication, only the first one or two characters will be available upon release, which are Shinichi and Kiyonori. There is currently a pre-registration campaign in 恋cafe allowing you to get two Latte Tickets upon pre-registration and five more Latte Tickets along with a special illustration upon playing the Prologue once the game is released.
I’m not too excited about this one, but I’m not uninterested in it either. I’ve always wanted to read stories about teachers that wasn’t focused on the students too much, so here’s a chance! I remember a previous survey asking about if we’d like to play a game where the heroine was a teacher at an all-boys school, and I had gotten my hopes up that we’d be seeing another older game get ported. Still disappointed about it not happening, but I’m hoping this one is good!
It is set to be released in September.
