Please note that the Anniversary Messages are Set Items, so you’ll need to Accept them from your Gift Box AND Open them from the Items Menu TWICE each. The 1st Anniversary Message Items will be sent to your Gift Box first, so please Accept them there and then Open them from the Items Menu. Then Accept the Message (and the Items that come with it if you wish) from the Gift Box, and go check the Items Menu to Use the Message. The opened messages will be stored in your Message Box, under the “Special” tab.
