Overdrive (W): Blitzcrank supercharges himself to increase Movement Speed by 70%/75%/80%/85%/90% (was 16%/20%/24%/28%/32%) and Attack Speed by 30%/38%/46%/54%/62% for 5 seconds. The Movement Speed bonus decays over the duration.
NEW When Overdrive ends, Blitzcrank’s Movement Speed is slowed by 30% for 1.5 seconds.
Dark Frenzy (W): NEW Spell hits on enemy champions grant Evelynn Movement Speed for 3 Seconds (Movement Speed stacks up to 4 times).
Base Health reduced to 511 from 541.
Health per Level reduced to 75 from 90.
Primal Surge – Human (E): Cooldown increased to 16 seconds from 12 seconds.
Urchin Strike (Q): AP Ratio reverted to live values to .3 from .5.
Sadism (R): Cooldown reduced to 75s/65s/55s from 75 seconds at all ranks.
Sap Magic (Passive): Heal reduced to 5% of Maximum Health from 7% of Maximum Health.
