Server Patch Maintenance for Patch 5.5 has been scheduled. More information below for each server.
The patch will consist of the new support champion, Bard, and his skin, Elderwood Bard. Plus, two new skins, Secret Agent Xin Zhao and Headhunter Akali.
Texture rebalances for Janna, Cho’Gath, Warwick, and Taric.
Kassadin Visual Update and new ability icons.
Katarina’s new ability icons.
New items Cinderhulk, Bami’s Cinder and Luden’s Echo.
And others. The official patch notes should go out tomorrow.

On 03/12/2015, starting at 01:30 PDT, ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 5.5. At 03:00 PDT, the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 6 hours.

В 03:00 сервер будет отключен, и все игры в прогрессе будут автоматически завершены «ничьей». Статистика за завершившуюся игру не будет зачтена. По нашим оценкам сервера будут недоступны в течение 6 часов.
