I can’t make titles for my life.
So, as it seems, it took a while for the Free Spins in the Pre-White Day Gacha to be activated.
Initially, the set times for the three free spins a day were:
- 11:00 P.M. – 2:00 A.M. (UTC)
- 3:30 A.M. – 5:00 A.M. (UTC)
- 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (UTC)
But, it seems like the free spin times are the same as the previous events, which were:
- 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. (UTC)
- 6:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. (UTC)
- 1:00 A.M. – 3:00 A.M. (UTC)
I’ll keep checking the times to see which of the time groups is correct, so I’ll either repost or edit this one to confirm. But for now, if you want to get those free spins, follow the second group. If you want to be on the safe side, then go ahead and keep track of both if possible.
EDIT 2/28: It looks like the announced time set on the event page has been changed to
- 15:00 – 18:00 (3:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.) (UTC)
- 19:30 – 21:30 (7:30 P.M. – 9:30 P.M.) (UTC)
- 02:00 – 04:00 (2:00 A.M. – 4:00 A.M.) (UTC)
which is about an hour off from the second time set above. I don’t know yet if the actual time of the free spins has changed to an hour later, but I’ll keep my eyes open.
EDIT 2/28 #2: So far, the times still seem to correspond with the second time set above, so if you want to get those free spins, go with the second set.
If you’re having problems figuring out what UTC time corresponds with yours, here’s an online Time Zone Converter. All you have to do is change the hour to the UTC time you want to convert and change the first location to UTC/GMT from the drop-down menu of locations (it’s the first one). Then either click “Time Zones…” on the second location to your own time zone or select your city (or the city that shares your time zone) from the drop-down menu of locations. Then click “Convert time”. The time converted will then show under the column “Local time” after the date on the second/bottom row (your location). (Ex. Friday, March 1, 2013 at 8:00:00 A.M.)

EDIT 3/3: So! It turns out that there was an interruption in service from 3/2 at 15:00 until 3/4 at 0:00 UTC for the Lucky 24hrs Main Story Campaign, which Voltage has since corrected. As an apology for the break in service, Lucky 24 and the Main Story Campaign, Candy House Gacha will be extended until 3/5 at 0:00 (UTC).
