Terror Capacitor (W): base shield reduced to 60/100/140/180/220 from 80/130/180/230/280.
Maximum Mana scaling increased to 8% from 5%.
Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser (R): cooldown reduced to 120/100/80 from 120/110/100.
Cosmic Binding (Q): damage increased to 75/110/145/180/215 from 85/115/145/175/205.
Crescendo (R): mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 100/150/200.
Time Bomb (Q): cooldown reduced to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 from 12/11/10/9/8.
Frozen Domain (W): healing increased to 20% at all ranks from 8%/11%/14%/17%/20%.
Pounce – Cougar Form (W): previous damage reduction reverted to 50/100/150/200 from 40/80/120/160.
Swipe – Cougar Form (E): previous AP ratio increase reverted to .45 from .55.
