BALANCE CHANGES
Molten Shield (E): Armor and Magic Resist decreased to 10/20/30/40/50 from 20/30/40/50/60.
NEW If Annie casts Molten Shield while Tibbers is active, he will receive the shield and a short decaying speed boost.
Urchin Strike (Q): Damage decreased to 10/25/40/55/70 (+.3 AP) from 10/40/70/100/130 (+.6 AP).
Seastone Trident (W): Passive is now 20(+0.45 AP) damage over 3 seconds and no longer scales per level. Active increased to an additional 10/20/30/40/50 plus 4/5/6/7/8 % of the target’s missing Health as Magic Damage on hit from 30/40/50/60/70(+0.35 AP).
Chum the Waters (R): NEW Now amplifies Fizz’s damage to the target by 20% for 6 seconds.
Chum the Waters also marks enemies.
Prowl (Passive): NEW Nidalee can now hunt monsters in addition to champions.
Crescent Slash (E): REMOVED Triggers Mark of the Assassin on targets affected by it.
Queen’s Wrath/Prey Seeker (Q): Un-Burrowed – Damage reduced to 15/25/35/45/55 from 15/30/45/60/75.
Burrow/Un-Burrow (W): Burrowed – Damage reduced to 60/110/160/210/260 from from 60/110/160/210/260.
Conquering Sands (Q): Range increased to 875 from 800.
Twin Fang (E): Now reads “Cassiopeia deals 55/80/105/130/155 (+# AP) magic damage to her target. If Twin Fang kills the target, Cassiopeia refunds its cost and restores % of her maximum Mana (##). If the target is Poisoned, then Twin Fang’s cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds.”
Orb of Deception (Q): Now reads “Ahri gains movement speed that decays while her orb is traveling.”
Rocket Jump (W): Tooltip updated.
Explosive Charge (E): AP scale reduced to (+0.5 AD)(+0.5 AP) from (+0.7 AD)(+0.7 AP).
Buster Shot (R): Additional AP ratio reduced to (+1 AP) from (+1.2 AP).

Recipe cost reduced to 415g from 515g.
Hextech Gunblade
Attack Damage: Reduced to 40 from 45.
